Learn French with Alpadia

I spent 2 weeks at Alpadia and I loved it. Having had experiences with other language schools in France, the standard of teaching here was great. Ines (the teacher I had during my 2 weeks) was very friendly and great at explaining things. All other members of staff are very friendly and approachable too. My level of French has improved a lot after spending 2 weeks here and I feel a lot more confident while speaking. The city of Lyon is lovely too and a great place to explore. I would recommend Alpadia Lyon to anyone looking for a French language school!

I traveled all the way from the USA to take a couple of weeks of introductory French courses with Alpadia. Their instructors, the courses, my pairing with such a kind and generous family, and the surrounding beauty of Montreux and the Alps FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. What an outstanding experience! I didn't speak a word of French upon arrival, and after just 2 weeks I'm feeling really confident about launching deeper into the language. I highly recommend Alpadia to anyone looking to efficiently progress forward with a language!

I spent 4 weeks at Alpadia and during that time my French went through the roof - from pretty much starting with nothing to moving up to B1 level. It has a very friendly vibe, plenty of social activities, is good value for money and I had some great teachers - particular shoutouts to the two I spent most time with: Eva and Nicholas M, both of whom worked us hard but were good fun and inspiring too. On top of all that, I think Lyon is a great option for language learning - it's laid back and friendly and much cheaper than say, Paris. When some more free time comes up, I'd definitely head back here to keep up my studies.

It was a pleasure for me to learn French in Alpadia school (Montreux, Switzerland). It’s amazing that classes start every week and for me it’s just perfect. I could go ahead without wasting the time. The reception service works efficient and very helpful. They take care of all students and their needs. At school itself - Everything is adapted for students needs: and classes , and stationary, and audio / video/ printed materials, as well as the kitchen for the break.
The profs are professional and we worked on grammar, oral and writing skills. On top They always attentive and make notes on personal language issues. They provide with useful information, additional exercises and give advices for improving personal language skills.

Additionally the Location is beautiful.
I really recommend everyone !

I had a wonderful experience with this school. The teachers are friendly and helpful and there is a wide range of activites to discover Lyon and make new friends. My French has really improved and I had a lot of fun. Very satisfied!

The school is very good and you`ll learn a lot. It has many friendly people around and the atmosphere is perfect. I`ll recommend the school a lot for learning French.

I've been attending Alpadia Lyon for 3 months from September to November 2021and I can definitely tell I had a wonderful time and an amazing experience!
I was immediately welcomed warmly and the teaching staff was always kind and ready to help in case of need, the lessons were never boring but always interesting and I found myself really well.
I'll probably never forget this experience and I'd wish it would have lasted longer, so I definitely recommend it!
