The heart of the California surf scene, San Diego is known for sun, sand and sea with 70 miles of pristine beaches. For food lovers, San Diego has a unique fusion cuisine called “Cali-Baji” – which combines the tastes of Mexico with fresh, local seafood.
San Diego has a little something for everyone. Boasting a glorious coastal setting, you can go for a swim at the beach, soak up the sun in one of the many green parks or go shopping in the many retail strips. The locals of San Diego are fun-loving and are known for their “chill California vibes” and love to meet people from all over the world.
You can toast marshmallows over a camp fire on La Jolla Beach, take a boat out to sea to watch whales and dolphins or visit the famous San Diego Zoo – rated one of the world’s top 10! Students can also go for a hike along the wild trails of Anza Borrego Desert or, if you’re more into sports, watch a baseball game at Petco Park – just minutes from our centre.
